We are concierge, virtual, medical and integrative nutrition clinic that provides evidence-based care and nutritional counseling with a focus on straightforward, transparent, and unbiased advice. We are here facilitate your life and your health, while fitting in to your current schedule. We offer a simple package for combination nutrition and medical care. We take care of the details for you. ALL of your care is INCLUDED in the package fee. We are are text, phone call, or email away from a quick virtual appointment with a physician and nutritionist who know you, and most visits will be done within 6-8 hours of your call. Yes, that includes nights and weekends. We’re here to help you get your health care and then go back to your life. Because we all know that a UTI always seems to strike at 9 PM on a Friday night. We will be the doctor you can call for a quick prescription to keep you out of the endless line at an urgent care. We will be the nutritionist you call when you feel off track with your health.

Services offered to our small family of Patients
All your appointments will take place in virtually, with a quick and simple process to make an appointment, with easy-to-access patient resources, and simple, streamlined instructions for labs or imaging (if needed) with local lab and radiology facility partners. Book an appointment with one of us personally, get a plan of action and a prescription, then return to your busy life. Most appointments are booked the same day you contact us. ALL of your visits are covered by the package fee.

-Comprehensive wellness visits with Dr. Lesley Debrier and Danielle Debrier, RD. We listen. We don’t dismiss. We work for solutions. We integrate into your life to make it easier, not more complicated. We are well aware of the burdens women carry. We are well aware of the number of women who have been ignored and given poor care.
We know many women take care of everyone else first. At our clinic, it’s finally YOUR turn to get care. (So you can go back to taking care of everyone else!)
-Quick follow up visits for medication refills or changes for your ongoing medical issues such as high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, thyroid issues, autoimmune disease, depression and anxiety, and other chronic illness with your doctor and your nutritionist who know you.
-Longer visits when needed to go over lab results, or medical questions, or start a new prescription for hormones, or depression or anxiety, or other issues that may need a more detailed discussion
-Medication prescriptions sent directly to your pharmacy
-Lab work, such as bloodwork and urine testing, ordered during the visit with our simple process:
1)The lab request form is emailed to you, you print it at home, and go to the lab.
2)We contact you with results and a plan and/or prescription when needed
3) Your doctor and your nutritionist work together to give you advice and care.
-Worried you sprained your ankle while jogging? Call us and we can order a quick and easy X-ray at your local facility and call you with results and a plan. No waiting for hours in an Urgent Care just to be told it was negative.
-Lab report you didn’t understand? Cholesterol just went up? Sudden loss of energy? Vacation weight gain? Sudden flare of autoimmune symptoms? Make a quick appointment with your doctor and your nutritionist to make a plan for both a medical AND a nutritional approach.
-Need your annual mammogram? We can order that for you at your local facility
-UTI at 9 PM on a Friday night? Call us for a prescription to be sent to your pharmacy.
Telehealth when you need it, where you need it.
Although we maintain offices in Washington and California all of our appointments are handled remotely. Our medical and nutritional services are currently available in Washington state and California. We DO offer night and weekend appointments because we are here to streamline your life. Have you ever wished you had a doctor and nutritionist “on speed dial” who you could reach easily? We are here.
To be a patient in our practice, you simply need to reside in one of the above states.
